DETROIT, Mich. – The Western Michigan women's soccer team had a dominating effort against Detroit Mercy on Sunday afternoon, defeating the Titans by a final score of 3-0. The win improved WMU's record to 3-1-2 on the season.
The Broncos had a well-rounded offensive attack, getting goals from three different players. Jen Blitchok, Jenna Blackburn and Abby Werthman each found the back of the net in the game. Werthman also chipped in two assists to finish with four points in the match.
