MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – The Western Michigan women's soccer team earned a crucial 2-1 road win at Central Michigan on Sunday afternoon.
The Broncos (9-7-1, 4-5-1 MAC) got second-half goals from Grace Labadie and Kendall Juhnke, while Stephanie Heber made four saves to help stay alive in search for a spot in the Mid-American Conference Tournament.
"Today was a really fun game to be a part of," said head coach Lauren Sinacola. "Both teams battled the entire 90 minutes and momentum went back and forth all game long.
