KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan women's soccer team suffered its first loss of the season, falling to Indiana 4-0 on Sunday afternoon at the WMU Soccer Complex.
The Hooisers scored all four goals in the second half. Senior goalie Stephanie Heber made 11 saves on the day.
The first half was full of fast-pace action with both teams having chances on goal. Heber made six of her saves in the first 45 minutes, including stopping two shots from point-blank range. Ashleigh Garcia and Roselyn Kyeame both had chances for the Broncos.
