COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The Western Michigan women's soccer team suffered a 3-1 road loss at Colorado College on Sunday afternoon.
The Tigers took an early 1-0 lead on a goal by Jenna Wilt in the 26th minute but the Broncos (1-3) responded in the 28th minute on Rachel Royer's first career goal. Senior forward Grace Labadie picked up the assist on the goal as the team's stayed tied up at 1-1 into the second half.
Lucia Costanza put the Tigers up 2-1 on a goal in the 53rd minute, with Wilt picking up the assist on the would-be game-winning goal.
