The Brown and Gold began the 2024-25 campaign with a 61-52 home victory over Arkansas State University behind a 21-point fourth quarter in which WMU shot a blistering 72.23% from the field. In the win, Broncos Hannah Spitzley, Vinyet Morato, and Artemis Kouki combined for 38 points on an efficient 13-20 from the field.
Spitzley is on track to become the 18th Bronco in program history to knock down at least 100 career three-pointers.
