FORT COLLINS, Colo. – The Western Michigan women's basketball team dropped its road match on Saturday, Dec. 3 at Moby Arena, falling by a score of 85-65 versus Colorado State University.
The Rams outscored the Broncos 14-4 in second-chance points, out-rebounding WMU 43-28. Western Michigan shot 37.3% from the field (22-of-59) while tallying eight makes from beyond the arc. The Broncos went 13-19 in free throw attempts and added 24 points from the bench.
Alli Carlson had a career performance, stepping up as the lone newcomer this season. Playing in a career-high 24 minutes, Carlson scored a career-high 13 points off 5-of-11 shooting from the field, headlined by a 3-of-7 mark from the three-point arc.
