KALAMAZOO, Mich.– The Western Michigan women's basketball team and head coach Shane Clipfell announced a reorganization of the coaching staff on Thursday, January 9.
"I am happy to announce a staff reorganization that will add new titles to our assistant coaches," Clipfell said. "I have an excellent staff that all play very vital roles in the daily goals we have for our program. Each has earned their new title by being incredibly committed to our University and our basketball program."
Russ Rose is entering his sixth season as a Division 1 women's basketball assistant coach and his third season with the Broncos.
