CLEVELAND – Western Michigan junior guard Lamar Norman Jr. has been selected to the All-MAC Third Team, the league office announced as part of its annual postseason awards release on Wednesday.
Norman led the Mid-American Conference in scoring at 19.8 points per game, and bumped his total to 20.8 points per contest in conference play. The junior netted double-digit points in 28 of the 30 games he played in, including a 24-game double-digit scoring streak that spanned from mid-November to late February. Norman was the only player in the league to post four games of 30+ points, and had 20 or more points 15 times, second-most in the conference.
