Western Michigan women’s tennis named its captains for the 2021-22 season Wednesday, with a trio of seniors being tabbed to lead the team.
Kaitlyn Rogosch, Taylor Smith, and Elizabeth Trupp were picked by head coach Ryan Tomlinson to serve as captains next season.
“Elizabeth and Taylor did an outstanding job navigating a difficult situation last season, especially for first-year captains," said Tomlinson. "They grew as leaders throughout the year and their leadership was a key part to our success. We are also very excited about the addition of Kaitlyn to our captains this year. She has shown herself to be an excellent leader on the court and in the classroom.
