Western Michigan volleyball started hot last season before falling short of expectations and goals. Starting the season 9-0 with two straight tournament sweeps, the hopes for the Broncos’ season was high going into conference play.
A 5-11 conference record bringing the overall record to 14-14 was not what many inside the program expected at the end of the year. Head Coach Colleen Munson, going into her 15th season at the helm of the Broncos program, is looking forward to what comes next.
“We are not even looking back on any sort of season in 2019, we are looking forward from the 2020 fall and on,” Munson said.
