Western Michigan men’s soccer took down Air Force 1-0 Thursday night in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Broncos move to 2-1-0 on the season and have yet to play a conference game.
Charlie Sharp was the lone goal scorer in the contest, putting his season total at two. Carson Hodgson picked up the assist on the play. The Broncos only had two shots on goal in 12 shot attempts. Substitute Connor Burkett had the second.
Goalkeeper Ethan Brandt had his first career 90-minute shutout. He made four saves in the outing.
