In a normal year, Western Michigan men’s soccer would be about a month and a half into its season right now. Instead, the team has yet to even have a practice with the full team involved.
Head coach Chad Wiseman lamented the lack of full team participation that the coronavirus has caused.
“Typically, at this time, we would be a month and a half into our season, and four or five games already into our season,” Wiseman said. “So, in mid-September (we) haven’t had all 30 guys together to train, that’s probably been the hardest thing.”
At this time last year, the Broncos were 3-2 and were preparing for a game at Michigan State.
