The Western Michigan University hockey team will resume play this weekend with a non-conference matchup after having last weekend off. They will host Niagara University on Friday and Saturday night.
The Broncos are 6-6 coming into this weekend and have won three of their last four games, which includes a road sweep of the No. 15 ranked University of North Dakota. Despite having time off for Thanksgiving break, the Broncos have kept busy with plenty of practices and preparation for the upcoming series. WMU Head Coach Andy Murray recognizes the challenge this Niagara team brings and has tried to keep his players focused throughout the break.
