KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan golf team has won the Helper Helper Team Challenge after participating in 860 hours of community service.
The Broncos attended 24 different opportunities and helped support 17 organizations during the challenge.
Helper Helper, a service tracking platform, has been making strides in encouraging college athletic teams to give back to their communities through their annual Helper Helper team service challenge. This challenge is open to all Division I, II, and III athletics teams that track their service through Helper Helper, and the top 64 teams are selected based on the service they complete during the three-month time period.
