Western Michigan football is gearing up for its season opening game at the University of Michigan Saturday at noon. The Broncos and head coach Tim Lester have made very few changes on defense since last season, with a lot of returning starters from last year’s team.
Here is how the Broncos line up defensively heading into the 2021 season:
Defensive line
The Broncos have enjoyed rotating defensive linemen in and out of the game throughout Lester’s tenure as head coach, and fans should expect more of that this season.
