Western Michigan baseball announced its 2023 schedule on Monday. The schedule includes six Power Five matchups with all but one being on the road. The Broncos season begins Feb 17 as it opens with six straight road matchups and has its first home game coming exactly one month later.
The Broncos open play Feb 17 at LSU for its first series of 2023. The Tigers are the number one ranked team in the country according to Collegiate Baseball’s preseason. It will be the first time WMU has matched up against a number one team since 2001 when it upset Notre Dame.
