Being a student-athlete is always something that requires discipline, hard work and a positive mindset to succeed. During a global pandemic, it becomes even more challenging.
Many students struggled with adjusting to the coronavirus pandemic that put classes online and saw students end the semester isolated in their homes. The student-athletes talked about how normal student-athlete activities like travel and training affect their academics, and how being a student-athlete prepared them for the unexpected in their academics.
