KALAMAZOO, MI — Western Michigan quarterback Zach Terrell is finding that with success comes accolades and sometimes those accolades come in the most unusual ways.
Terrell, a graduate student in finance, entered his change management class last Thursday evening to a standing ovation, led by professor Dr. Jennifer Palthe.
"Grown men and women gave me a standing ovation," Terrell said in disbelief. "Not that I'm deserving, but, wow. We've got vice presidents and people in major organizations high up clapping for a 22-year-old kid who has never worked a day in his life. That was pretty special.
