Western Michigan Men's Tennis Honored For Academic Progress Rate

KALAMAZOO, Mich.- For the second time in the last three years, the Western Michigan men's tennis program has been recognized for finishing in the top 10 percent in its sport for Academic Progress Rate (APR). The latest APR report covered the 2014-15 academic year. WMU was also recognized in 2012-13.

The APR measures eligibility, graduation and retention each term and provides a clear picture of the academic performance for each team in every sport. The most recent APRs are multi-year rates based on scores from the 2011-2012, 2012-13, 2013-14 and 2014-15 academic years.

The APR provides a real-time look at a team's academic success each semester by tracking the academic progress of each student-athlete on scholarship.
