RIO VERDE, Ariz.- Western Michigan finished in 15th place at the 14th annual Rio Verde Invitational with final team score of 923. Chloe Lawrie shot a team best 8-over 224 (74, 73, 77). Kaitlyn Watkins carded the second best score for the Broncos with a 12-over 228 (75, 76, 77). Watkins hole-in-one on 16 during the first round of the tournament was the first hole-in-one in program history during tournament play.
Freshman Sarah White recorded a 20-over 236 (77, 78, 81) while Julia Champion posted a 23-over 239 (83, 78, 78).
