KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan volleyball ended its season on a three-match winning streak after defeating rival Central Michigan in four sets (25-22, 25-23, 29-31, 25-16) on Friday night inside University Arena.
The Broncos end the season with an overall record of 16-14 and 6-10 in Mid-American Conference play. The victory also gave WMU the season sweep over CMU for the first time since 2014.
On senior night, senior setter Mary Murphy ended her career with a double-double posting 50 assists and 11 digs. It's the fourth double-double of the season for Murphy and first with at least 50 assists.
