MUNCIE, Ind. -- The Western Michigan golf team wrapped up the opening round of the 2025 Mid-American Conference Tournament Championship on Sunday with junior leading the way for the team.
Vallabhaneni shot an first round of 74 (+2) and is tied for 15th. She is just one stroke out of the Top 10 and two out of the Top 5. was WMU's second finisher, shooting a 77 (+5) and sits tied for 27th.
Freshman opened her first career MAC Championship with an 80, while junior and senior are just two strokes behind her to round out WMU's five.
