KEWADIN, Mich. -- The Western Michigan golf team combined to shoot a 621 iin the opening two rounds and sit in fourth place at the A-Ga-Ming Invitational, hosted by Central Michigan, on Sunday.
The Broncos are just five strokes back second place Bradley and four back from CMU. WMU is just 11 strokes from leader Bowling Green.
Individually, juniors Megha Vallabhaneni and Jenna Hayes are in a five-way tie for fifth place and are just three strokes off leader Caroline McConnell from BU. Vallabhaneni opened with a 76 and matched that in the second round for a 152.
