COLUMBUS, Ohio – Senior Lindsey Hufnagel ran the Mid-American Conference's fastest 400-meter hurdle time as the Western Michigan track and field team wrapped up competition at the Jesse Owens Classic at The Ohio State University on Saturday.
Hufnagel ran a time of 59.16 seconds to take second in the 400 hurdles to push her to the top of the MAC's performance list. The time was also a new personal best, improving upon her previous best time of 59.41 ran at the Crimson Tide Invitational. Fellow senior Keyera Lige ran her best time of the season in the event at 1:01.
