MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The Western Michigan track and field team wrapped up the Jack Johnson Classic at the University of Minnesota on Saturday, taking three event titles on the weekend.
The Broncos claimed the top spots in the long jump, 200-meter dash and the 4x400-meter relay. Junior Erica Sheahan set the tone for the day with a win in the long jump. Sheahan reached a distance of 19' 2.75" (5.86m), falling just shy of a new personal best. She also went on to take fifth overall and fourth collegiately in the triple jump at 35' 3.
