KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Western Michigan track and field team heads back to the University of Notre Dame this weekend for the famed Meyo Invitational on Friday and Saturday at the Loftus Sports Center.
Friday's action consists of the long jump, weight throw, and high jump for the field events. The preliminary rounds of the 60-meter hurdles and 60-meter dash, along with the finals in the 5,000-meter run, distance medley relay, 600-meter run, and 200-meter dash also take place in the evening.
The Broncos are halfway through the short indoor season and head coach Kelly Lycan is pleased with what he sees.
