Track & Field Earns Three Wins at Kentucky Relays

LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Western Michigan track and field team wrapped up the regular season with a successful trip to the University of Kentucky and the Kentucky Relays on Saturday.

WMU won three events on the day and also turned in several finishes in the top eight. The Broncos claimed the top spots in the 400-meter dash, 400-meter hurdles and the 4x100-meter relay.

Davonne Bolden took first in the 400 dash after running a time of 55.69 seconds. Redshirt freshman Sarah Anderson, who normally runs the 800 and the 1,500-meter runs, dropped down in distance to work on her speed and took second with a time of 56.
