YPSILANTI, Mich. -- After starting strong yesterday afternoon, the Western Michigan track and field team concluded the MAC Indoor Championships this evening with its best team finish since 2019. The Broncos placed sixth with 52 points.
Headlining the final day was , who became a MAC champion in the 60-meter hurdles. She posted a time of 8.44 to become WMU's first ever champion in the event and earned 10 points for the team. Mabinty Kebe also tallied eight points for the Brown and Gold in the event, getting second place with a time of 8.
