KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Western Michigan track and field team heads to the University of Notre Dame for its toughest test so far this indoor season at the Notre Dame Invitational on Saturday.
Three teams from the preseason United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Top 25 poll will be in action with No. 14 Michigan, No. 19 Michigan State and No.20 Notre Dame. WMU will also battle Louiseville, a team expected to do well this year in the ACC.
The Broncos got a taste of Big 10 competition last week when they finished runners up at the Illini Classic.
