It is no surprise that junior Colt Conrad has been named National Collegiate Hockey Conference Offensive Player of the Week, as he has been tearing it up for Western Michigan University hockey this season. With a total of nine points in five games, Conrad leads the team in points. Three of Conrad’s points were goals and the other six came on assists.
2. Ben Blacker, Goaltender
Sophomore goaltender Ben Blacker has been stellar between the pipes for WMU, with a .932 save percentage while making 136 saves through three games. Blacker is averaging 1.98 goals against him each game.
