KALAMAZOO, Mich.- The Western Michigan University Division of Intercollegiate Athletics has named former Bronco standout Tim Lester as the 16th head football coach in school history, Friday, Jan. 13.
Western Michigan will formally introduce Coach Lester at a press conference at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14 in the W Club Room on the second floor of the Seelye Center. Athletic Director Kathy Beauregard, Coach Lester and WMU student-athletes will not be made available to address the media until Saturday's press conference. Contract details are not available at this time as they are still being finalized.
