KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Jannik Opitz, Daniel Loebel and Nick Schnobel of the Western Michigan men's tennis team were all crowned Flight Champions on the final day of the 2016 Mid-American Conference (MAC) Invite at West Hills Sunday morning.

Opitz finished the fall season with just one loss after defeating Thomas Caputo of Binghamton 7-6 (2), 7-5 in the Flight Two Championship. Loebel earned a 6-4, 6-3 win over Fridell of Buffalo in the Flight Four Championship; He did not lose a set in all three matches this weekend.
