KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Senior Western Michigan offensive lineman Taylor Moton has been named to the 2016 Outland Trophy Award Watch List the Football Writers Association of America announced Friday. The award recognizes the most outstanding interior lineman, both on offense and defense.
Moton was one of just three players in the MAC to earn a spot on the list. He was included as one of 22 offensive tackles. During his career, Moton has played both right guard and right tackle. Last season, the 6-5, 328 pound standout was named to the All-MAC team after starting all 13 games and help paving the way for the 29th ranked rushing attack in the country.
