KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan first baseman Cade Sullivan has been named among the top-50 first basemen in the country by D1Baseball. The WMU senior came in at #45 on the publication's list of top first basemen and was the lone Mid-American Conference representative.
A two-time Second Team All-MAC selection and 2023 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honoree, Sullivan led the Broncos in numerous offensive categories last season, including batting average (.306), hits (64), runs scored (53), home runs (18), RBIs (59), total bases (129) and slugging percentage (.617). His 18 home runs ranked second in the Mid-American Conference and tied Western Michigan's single-season program record.
