CLEVELAND – The Western Michigan football team landed seven players on the All-Mid-American Conference team, voted upon by the league's coaches and announced on Wednesday.
Redshirt junior center Jacob Gideon and graduate transfer wide receiver Kenneth Womack were named First Team All-MAC. Senior defensive end Marshawn Kneeland was named Second Team All-MAC, while junior guard Addison West, junior wide receiver Anthony Sambucci, redshirt freshman Jalen Buckley and senior corner back Keni-H Lovely were all named Third Team All-MAC.
Gideon started every game, helping the Broncos produce one of the top offenses in the MAC, along with a 1,000-yard rusher in Buckley.
