MUNCIE, Ind. – During the final 10 minutes of play Western Michigan men's basketball scored just 14 points including a 1-of-14 stretch from the field, resulting in a 79-59 loss to Ball State on Saturday afternoon inside Worthen Arena.
The Broncos trailed 51-45 with 10:10 remaining in the second half before the Cardinals embarked on an 18-4 run en route to a double digit lead. During the Ball State run, WMU was 1-of-14 from the field.
Western Michigan had three score in double figures for the 17th time this season, led by senior Seth Dugan who registered his 10th double-double of the year.
