PHOENIX, Ariz. – Western Michigan cornerback Ronald Zamort became the fourth Bronco player to be picked up by an NFL team this week as the Arizona Cardinals have agreed to terms with him on a free agent contract, the team announced.
Zamort was a three-year starter for the Broncos, playing in 49 games with 38 starts. He had 149 tackles (98 solo), six interceptions, two fumble recoveries, one forced fumble, one sack and 54 passes defended. As a senior, Zamort was second-team All-MAC after he played in 13 games and had a career-high 59 tackles and 19 passes defended as well as one interception.
