COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- After claiming the MacInnes Cup at the 2022 Great Lakes Invitational, Western Michigan hockey's Jason Polin and Cameron Rowe captured National Collegiate Hockey Conference Player of the Week Honors.
Polin was named KJ Branding NCHC Forward of the Week and Rowe was named KJ Branding NCHC Goalie of the Week.
Polin was voted the GLI's Most Valuable Player after recording back-to-back hat tricks in wins over Michigan Tech and Ferris State. His six total goals was a tournament record and boosted him to a nation's-best 19 on the season.
