The Bronco defense during the 2018 campaign certainly had its ups and downs playing 11 games under former defensive coordinator Tim Daoust. Before the last game of the regular season, head coach Tim Lester decided it was time for a change after the Broncos went through a three game stretch giving up 152 total points. Lester appointed defensive line coach Lou Esposito to defensive coordinator. After the new move the Broncos seem to have a positive outlook as the 2019 season starts to rise.
