CLEVELAND, OHIO – Western Michigan men's tennis doubles duo of sophomores Kennosuke Nouchi and Jannik Opitz have been named the Mid-American Conference Doubles Team of the Week. The conference honor is the first for the pair this season and the eighth conference weekly nod for the team.

Nouchi and Opitz defeated Ball State's Guzina, N./Rigney 6-1 at the one to help the Broncos remain the only unbeaten team in the MAC. The pair are second on the team in total victories as they hold a 10-4 record with the longest active winning streak as well at three matches.
