KALAMAZOO, Mich. - Bronco fans were witnesses to a dazzling performance on the mound on Friday afternoon as freshman RHP Brady Miller tossed his first career complete game en route to Western Michigan baseball toppling Ohio, 7-1 to even its weekend series.
The Mid-American Conference Freshman of the Year candidate recorded the Broncos first complete game since All-American Keegan Akin did so back on June 13 of 2016 against Ohio. Miller gave up just one run on eight hits with five strikeouts. All eight of Miller's hits given up were singles along with the Plainfield, Ill.
