KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's tennis team picked up three doubles wins and eight singles wins at the opening day of the WMU/Vredevelt Invitational at the Broncos' home Sorensen Courts on Friday.
Double action kicked things off early in the day. Jackson Boone and Drew Evans defeated Konakanchi and Singh from Butler, 6-3. Ferdinand Schlueter and Matej Kajzer earned a 6-0 win over Arts and Lama from Butler, while Ashton Adesoro and Dimitri Moriarty wrapped up doubles with a 7-6 (8-6) win over Butler's Joss and William.
