KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's tennis team begins its quest for its 28th Mid-American Conference Regular Season Championship this weekend, hosting Binghamton on Friday and Buffalo on Sunday. Both matches start at 1 p.m. at West Hills Athletic Club, admission is free.
The Broncos enter MAC play after going 4-6 in non-conference play. All six of WMU's losses have come against ranked opponents, including last Friday's tight 4-2 loss at Michigan State. Western Michigan went 9-1 in MAC play last season, winning its 27th MAC Regular Season Championship. The Broncos will need to have success on the road to reach their next one.
