Men's Tennis Downs Chicago State and Ferris State to Extend Winning Streak to Four

KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- The Western Michigan men's tennis team earned its second straight doubleheader sweep to improve to 8-3 this season and extend its winning streak to four matches. The Broncos, who are a perfect 6-0 at home this season, beat Chicago State 7-0 before topping Ferris State 6-1 on Monday afternoon at West Hills.

Against the Cougars, the duos of senior Ruben Greiner/senior Stephen Payne as well as senior Jimmy Beckwith/sophomore Jefta Kecic both earned doubles wins while junior Matt Hamilton and sophomore Maik Steiner won by forfeit.
