EAST LANSING, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's tennis team continued action at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Midwest Regional Championship at Michigan State University on Saturday and Sunday.
In the singles main draw with Peter Kuszynski winning his opening match against Wisconsin's Tim Dzhurinsky 6-1, 6-2. Kuszynski dropped his second round match to DePaul's Vito Tonejc 6-4, 6-3. Freshman Anton Arzhankin won his opening match in the main draw, beating UW's Robin Parts 7-6 (5), 6-4. Illinois Olivier Stuart got the best of him in he second round, with Arzhankin falling 6-4, 1-6, 4-6.
