KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan men’s tennis team has officially won the 2016 Mid-American Conference (MAC) Regular Season Championship after Binghamton lost Thursday afternoon to Buffalo.
The 2016 Championship is WMU’s 23rd is program history and eighth under head coach Dave Morin. The last regular season championship came in 2011 where the Broncos finished 15-11 and 5-0 in the MAC. WMU is 17-5 this season and 5-1 in the MAC and will finish the season on the road at Toledo on Saturday, April 23.
