KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan men's tennis team advances to the Mid-American Conference Championship match on Sunday at 1 p.m. against Toledo, after defeating Ball State, 4-0, at West Hills Athletic Club.
The Broncos started off earning the doubles point to take an early 1-0 lead. Benjamin George and Ferdinand Schlueter earned a 6-2 win at No. 3 over Parrish Simmons and Jacks Lancaster. The Cardinals battled back with a 6-4 win by Vince Orlando and Eli Herran over Peter Kuszynski and Anton Arzhankin at No. 2.
