The Broncos dominated in their 5-1 victory over Southern Illinois University Thursday and set two new program records in an NCAA Tournament game. On Thursday, WMU scored a program-best five goals en route to posting their largest margin of victory during an NCAA tournament contest. Graduate student forward Greyson Mercer scored a game-high two goals, while graduate student midfielder Owen Smith, redshirt freshman defender Christian Shannon, and graduate student defender Duarte Chapelas scored one goal each in the victory.
