Men’s Soccer Improves to #13 in United Soccer Coaches Poll

UNITED STATES -- After earning a 2-1 road victory over Northern Illinois University on Saturday, October 12, the Western Michigan men's soccer team improved its positioning in the United Soccer Coaches Poll. With four games remaining in the regular season, The Brown and Gold stand at #13 in the national rankings.

In WMU's road victory over the Huskies, sophomore defender Braxton Arpachinda and junior midfielder Ronan Wilcox supplied both goals for WMU. With Wilcox's goal, at least 12 Broncos have scored in a campaign for the first time since 2019.

In the win, team captain Landon Fisher earned the fourth most appearances with 76 and counting for the Brown and Gold.
