ORLANDO – For the first time this season, the Western Michigan men's soccer team has climbed into the top 25 of the United Soccer Coaches poll.
Tuesday evening, WMU found themselves ranked as the 23rd-best team in the nation after the United Soccer Coaches released week nine's poll. The men's soccer team is in peak form and has won six out of their last seven contests within its program-record 14-game unbeaten streak. The streak, which began almost two months ago, started on August 27, in a 3-1 win over Utah Valley.
The Broncos have earned a total of 19 points in the poll this season, with two of their 11 wins from top 25 nationally ranked opponents in #20 UIC on Saturday, September 30, and #10 Missouri State this past Sunday.
